Laura Bosh

| Laura Bosh is the new BBBS Program Director. She is a graduate of NMSU with a Master's in Family and Child Science and comes to us with over 8 years of experience working with non profits. She is an active member of the Junior League of Las Cruces and the R.O.Y.A.L.S., a women's cycling group. Laura enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Jarrid, two German shepard's (Bella and Cash) and one Dachshund (Oliver). Laura is actively recruiting male "Bigs" at this time and hopes you will consider the joy of making a difference in a child's life. |

Misty Snipes

Misty Snipes is the new BBBS Marketing and Fund Development Coordinator. She comes to us with over five years of experience in public relations and event management. Misty is the proud mother of two boys, Adrian(4) and Angel(10). Misty is actively planning our next annual fundraiser, “Bowl For Kids Sake 2009”, which will be held in the Spring of 09'.
She would like to encourage everyone to help make an impact on a child’s life by becoming a “Big” brother or sister.

Rose Street

Rose Street is our new Office Manager at our Las Cruces Office. She and her husband, Bob, moved to Las Cruces 5 years ago after she retired from San Diego. Rose attained an Associate of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science in San Diego. She loves helping and interacting with people and has previously done volunteer work in Las Cruces. She has 5 grandchildren who reside in Murrieta, California and various 'family' in Riverside and San Diego.

Anna Vigil

| Anna is currently an NMSU student, she is double majoring in Criminal Justice and Social Work. Anna was born in Las Cruces and raised in different areas of New Mexico. She has always been interested in working with at-risk youth. She has worked with a diverse group of kids and loved every minute of it. On her spare time she has always been in the interest of others, spending her time volunteering, helping friends and family and participating in fund raisers/charity. Her hobbies depend on the mood she in that day, she relies on her talents and my imagination to keep her busy. Anna loves to travel and hopes to see the world one day, but for now she says the desert will do. |

Kimberly Blair-Santaella
Gadsden School-Based Site Coordinator

| Kimberly Blair-Santaella was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She has been a very successful Nail Tech most of her adolescent and adult years, and could relate to every individual who sat in front of her. Her best quality assets is her ability to talk and relate to all populations. She went back to college after having her first child and knew she wanted to work with children. She recently graduated with a BA in Human Services and was so excited to be given the opportunity to work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern New Mexico. She absolutely loves what she is doing!! Not only is she able to meet and help guide our youth within our program, but she’s able to reach out to the community and get them involved. She has worked with the Child Crisis Center, Lee and Beulah Moor’s Children’s Home, volunteered with CASA (Child Appointed Special Advocate) and has gone through intense child abuse trainings. She believes everything happens for a reason and is so blessed she was given this opportunity with BBBS of SWNM. She believes within a years time she will have made a huge impact in this community. |
